Maree Floral Co. Rental Agreement

PAYMENT

Full payment of rental decor item(s) is due at time of booking. Dates of rental are not saved until both the Rental Agreement is signed and payment is made.

DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS

Renter agrees to assume full responsibility of rented item(s) upon possession and agrees to pay full replacement cost for lost or damaged items.

WEATHER RELATED ISSUES

Renter understands that weather related issues that result in rented item(s) not being used will not result in rental payment being refunded (except for refundable deposit).

CANCELLATIONS

Renter understands that once this agreement is signed and payment is made, all other clients are refused rental item(s) on your rental days. Because of this, if the event is within 30 days of signing this agreement, payment will not be refunded for rented item(s) due to event cancelation/change of decor style. Refundable deposit made at the time of booking will be refunded.

If the event is canceled 30 days or more from the time of booking, the renter will be refunded 50% cost of renting item as well as the refundable deposit.
